Moving Monuments

Destination Toronto and Atlas Obscura unveil Moving Monuments — a 10-foot-tall robotic percussion tower created by JUNO Award-winning artist Shad and roboticist-composer Danny Shaddick. The one-of-a-kind activation combines live rap performance with a robotic drum tower created using  salvaged materials from the Toronto Transit Commission. 

To round out the cultural experience, NYC-based, Toronto-born chef Jordan Andino’s menu of iconic Toronto street foods, including his take on peameal bacon sandwiches and vegetarian poutine, will be for sale to the public.
